All "Make Offer Auctions" are "NON-BINDING" any Auction amount is considered an "OFFER"
The seller can choose to end the auction at any time and accept an offer.
The seller understands a buyers "Bid" Offer is also NON-Binding.
If timer runs out on an "Auction" Listing, it is also, "NON BINDING" and/or even if a listing has a reserve.
By submitting a bid amount you agree to these terms.
You also agree the seller can contact you if seller wishes to move forward with a deal/transaction.

Listing "Make Offer Auctions" is FREE TO USE!
No insertion fees. No ending fees. No fees at all.
Apply to use Free Auctions after creating a few normal listings under your vendor account!
(We plan to limit Active Auctions to 500 Auctions running at any given time; so as more users join the length of time an auction can run will continually be made shorter.)
Sellers can pick the length of the "Make Offer Auction" for up to 180 days. After that we ask that you turn it into a static product listing.
Understand the "Buyer" does not have to purchase the item. (NON-BINDING)
Seller and Buyer are responsible for all areas of completing a transaction if BOTH parties agree, including meetup, trade or form of payment. If one party does not wish to follow through, that must be respected. 
A feedback system is in place to hopefully reduce or identify less than perfect behavior.
Lastly you are responsible for monitoring and removing old or sold listings.
