I only check and restock this booth once a week.
Do not be too disappointed if an item has been sold before you can make it to the store.
No holds unless you call and verify before you leave; and because your driving a long distance. The store must confirm to hold for an hour for you. Product will definitely be put back before end of day. (Willingness to hold an it depends on staff, usually you will be working with Dave; how busy they are etc, they are independent.)
