All Vendor "Auctions" are "NON-BINDING" any Auction amount is considered an "OFFER"
The Vendor can choose to end the auction at any time and accept an offer.
The Vendor understands a buyers "Bid" Offer is also NON-Binding.
If timer runs out on an "Auction" Listing, it is also, "NON BINDING" and/or even if a listing has a reserve.
By submitting a bid amount you agree to these terms.
By placing any "BID" you agree the Vendor can contact you if seller wishes to move forward with a deal/transaction.

If a listing has "Buy it Now" this will end the listing countdown only. All agreements will still be done directly between vendor and buyer.
