INNEr PAGES ARE AGED, SOME SOILED., but generally ok.Cover is ok. INNER HINGE SHOWING BAD SPLIT, 90% damaged WEBBING, maybe previously fixed and damaged again, almost completely loose. Worn through on corners, worse than the third photo, TREE 1910/1909, which I believe is the First American Edition. Same cover as 1st 3rd stock photo. Hardcover, no dustjacket, pictorial tree, the cover art on this one is ok, clearly readable on cover,based on age, I would give this a D minus or F grade, its pretty poor for age, but maybe worth repairing. There was a signed special edition limited to 500 numbered copies issued the same year as this first trade edition. From the library of W.G. Utermoehlen with his name stamp on the front endpaper.
