POOR CONDITION. SPINE IS COMPLETELY DESTROYED. FRONT COVER IS COMPLETELY LOOSE, comes off. The covers were taped with duct tape just past the hinges. Overtime the tape has pulled the layers of leather from the spine of the book and the tape gave-up on the front hinge. The covers themselves are ok, and probably reusable in a restoration with a half inch overlap into them. However the Spine covering will have to be completely rebuilt. The pages themselves are in pretty good shape. No spotting, no staining, no smells. The other four corners that are left, are worn to the board. This is an original 1906 printing.
